As a public and open association, we have a responsibility to our membership, but also to our venues, and to our gaming community at large.
We’ve agreed to abide by these rules in order to protect our safety and enjoyment while we meet our obligations to our members and our community.

It is paramount to us that our participants feel not only comfortable but also protected at our events. Gamers should be able to rely on a setting that is free from harassment, abuse, theft and any other form of dangerous behavior. Participants have the right to set boundaries on themselves and their property.

We want our community to be a safe place where anyone can enjoy a great gaming experience. For this, we need to make sure everyone feels included and respected while playing and learning.

Obviously, since we Promote Inclusion, we stand against harassment.

By holding ourselves and each other responsible for these standards we are helping our community. If there is something bothering you, give us a chance to fix it by letting us know.

Acknowledging our mistakes will help us improve ourselves and regain the trust of our fellow players. If you find that you are the recipient of a warning or other response regarding our Code of Conduct, please remember to remain courteous and empathetic with our participants and organizers.
